Service Coordinator


Logs, categorizes, records and follows-up on alerts/incidents coming from external/internal customers or the Intech Monitoring System (IMS) through the resolution; provides first hand attempt resolution using routine troubleshooting techniques and information from the Knowledge Base and escalate incidents as need; executes configuration tasks for communications, networking, and applications under contract or on a per call basic; develop, coordinate and implement all tasks that relate to a specific project.


General Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree
  • From 3 years of related experience or a combination of training, education, and experience.
  • Experience and familiarity with IT industry
  • Experience categorized IT incidents and implementing corresponding escalation custom SOP
  • Experience in Microsoft Window and Office 365
  • Overall knowledge of Cloud, Security, Contact Center and Communication


Special Requirements.

  • Ability to read, write and speak Spanish and English correctly; ability to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment;
  • Attention to detail and quality of work; problem solving and analytical and planning skills, capable of working on projects independently.
  • Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and participate in On Call Program;
  • Have or be able to obtain the listed certifications: Network +, ITIL Foundation, Project + or equivalent by the time of evaluation
